Cheesy Egg Omelette

Egg Omelette is one healthy dish and easy to prepare! There is no one specific way to cook an omelette. The recipe below is just one of the the several varities. What goes in to the mixture of Omelette has no restrictions and ingredients could be as vast as your imagination.
Ingredients (for 1 Omelette)
Egg: 2nos
Onion: 1 small finely chopped
Tomato: 1 small finely chopped
Oil/butter: as required
Salt: to taste
Pepper corn: 4nos (I prefer crushed pepper corns than pepper powder in my omelet)
Cheese: 1 slice (2slices for cheese burst omelet)
Green chilly: 1number finely chopper
Milk: As required
Coriander leaves: As required
Lemon Juice: 1tsp
Coriander powder and garam masala: Optional.
Method.
Mix egg. Onion, tomatoes and green chilli in a bowl. Add salt to taste and milk to the mixture. Too much of milk will spoil the adhesion and omelet will break when you turn around. Add optional masala if you need some flavor to your Omlet. Or just the classic flavor is yum too. Heat the pan. Not too hot as this might burn the omlet base. Use butter or oil on the pan before pouring the mixture.
Once the mixture settles down on the pan, add pieces of cheese on it. You can also add cheese after you turn around the omellete, cook a bit and bring it back and then add cheese. This will avoid the cheese sticking to the pan and getting roasted.
Cook for a minute and then fold the omellete. the molten cheese starts to cover the surface. Remove the pan from flame.
Serve with bread toast and hot beverage.
